Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles, with pay up to $60 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver individualized therapy. Licensure requirements apply; two years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Appropriate licensing requirements by state must be maintained.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to articulate and comprehend English.
• Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the clinical team process and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers, and supervise therapy assistants and students.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Full-time, part-time, and per diem openings up to $60 an hour with weekly pay.

About the Position:
