MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health visits across Florence and Marion Counties. This Per Diem, Part Time or Full Time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to help patients receive skilled care at home while maintaining independence and quality of life.
As a PT on our multi-disciplinary team, you will assess, treat, and educate clients, develop individualized care plans, and document progress using EMR.
MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA has an immediate opening for a Per Diem, Part Time or Full Time Physical Therapist, Home Health to provide home health visits for our MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA Office. This position will be servicing patients throughout Florence/ Marion Counties.
As a home health care PT, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
