Job summary

Fyzical-8 is opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Port Royal, SC, and seeks a Physical Therapist to join the team. The role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, located at 1875 N Paris Ave, Port Royal.

You will provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, develop care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
• Help build strong relationships within the local community and referral network
