Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Port Royal, SC seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic opening. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 per year plus performance bonuses.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and contribute to building a new, collaborative team focused on evidence-based care. Licensed PT in South Carolina or eligibility is required, with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
• Help build strong relationships within the local community and referral network
