Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in West Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and documentation of patients to restore function and activity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

• Complete and maintain all required training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
