Fyzical-8 is opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Port St. Lucie, FL, and seeks a Clinic Director to lead the effort. You will establish the clinic culture, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence from day one.

As the founding Clinic Director, you’ll shape operations, community relationships, and patient experiences while growing a high-performing team. A rewarding leadership path with impact awaits in this growing practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida or eligible for Florida licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical standards
• Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
• Represent the clinic within the Port St. Lucie community
• Help develop and implement strategies for long-term clinic growth and success

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida or eligible for Florida licensure
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a successful practice
