Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This itinerant role covers a few sites to provide services and is scheduled at ~16 hours per week (0.4 FTE).

You will work with students in a school-based setting, developing and implementing IEP goals and therapy plans with collaboration from teachers and families. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Active Arizona PT license required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
