Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting a Full-time Mobile Physical Therapist to cover the Mankato area in Minnesota. The role involves in-home assessments, designing client-specific rehabilitation plans, and delivering hands-on therapy across in-home settings.

Ideal candidates will hold an MN Physical Therapist license, have an interest in homecare, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current MN license as a Physical Therapist.
• New grads considered but prefer minimum one year experience.
• Must want to work in homecare.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Home health experience preferred, but outpatient/inpatient backgrounds welcome.
• Passion for client-centered rehabilitation.

Full-time Mobile Physical Therapist

Our client is headquartered in Golden Valley, MN but this position covers the MANKATO area in MN. Must be willing to drive up to a 50 mile radius around this area.

$15K Retention/Sign-on Bonus paid out every 3 months during the first year of employment for full-time.

Full benefits for full-time only. Choice to work weekends and or holidays for extra earnings - not mandatory!

This is a traveling role and pay per visit salary structure with mileage reimbursement between client/in-home locations. Very flexible schedule with field-based autonomy. Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth.

Pay Scale: Potential annual compensation:

approx. $100,000–$210,000 annually (paid per visit).

Start of Care = $100.00 per Visit (Weekday) / $120.00 per Visit (Weekend)

Resumption of Care / Recertification of OASIS = $85.00 per Visit
