Position: Physical Therapist | PT / DPT
Location: Southwest Minnesota
Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 (annualized) + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!

To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A current PT / Physical Therapy license in the State of Minnesota.
- Experience in a home care setting, including proficiency in OASIS documentation.
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Availability to travel to patient homes in the local area.
