Responsibilities include evaluations, manual therapy, patient education, and EMR documentation. Licensing and CPR/BLS certification are required; 4–5 years in outpatient/orthopedic settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 4-5 years of outpatient, sports medicine and/or orthopedic physical therapy experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.

Schedule & Hours

Full Time Monday- Friday Schedule with Rotating Saturday 8:30-1:30 shifts as needed

Position Summary

This is a full-time Physical Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Documentation & Compliance

Completely accurate, timely EMR documentation

Use AI-assisted documentation tools and validate for accuracy

Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Coordinate care with physicians and providers

Communicate patient progress clearly

Maintain a professional, team-focused clinic environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing

Current CPR/BLS certification

4-5 years of outpatient, sports medicine and or orthopedic physical therapy experience

Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills

Preferred Qualification

Experience in a multidisciplinary medical setting

Familiarity with EMR systems

Comfort working within structured workflows
