SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey as part of our continued expansion. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with mentorship, structured growth, and an orthopedic residency program powered by HSS.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
• New grads and Experienced Physical Therapists welcome
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Deliver evidence‑based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes
