Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey with a strong mentorship framework and clear career progression. The role offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a signing bonus and comprehensive benefits, including education opportunities and residency pathways powered by HSS.

New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome, with pathways for advancement into leadership and regional roles, as well as flexible support for residency and board

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation care
• Maintain communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists and other providers
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to support collaborative care
• Participate in monthly meetings to improve clinic operations and achieve goals
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives

What Our Therapists Do
