Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy in Elizabeth, NJ is hiring a Staff Physical Therapist or Clinic Director to join our growing outpatient practice. Whether you're a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician ready to lead, we offer a clear path forward.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License is required.
• New grads and experienced physical therapists are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to discuss clinic challenges and goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss company initiatives to improve clinical excellence and patient care.

What Our Therapists Do

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
