Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation

Certificates & Licenses:

Summary:

Provides physical therapy services, maintains positive interactions with facilities and clients, and adheres to all regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, supervision of assistants and Techs, and case management, ensuring quality patient care and professional conduct.

Essential Duties:

• Enhance patient functionality through therapy
• Provide consultation and supervision to PTAs
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech during treatments
• Develop and build a strong physical therapy program
• Engage in professional development and maintain licensure
• Understand billing models and treatment guidelines
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English
