Pay: $75,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Job Description

This position requires a Physical Therapy License and involves evaluating, treating, and providing one‑on‑one, patient‑centered care for a wide variety of direct access cases at a high‑quality clinic in Boulder and East Boulder County.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic pain and injury, vestibular dysfunction, concussions, pelvic floor conditions, chronic pain, stress, and insomnia.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care while maintaining a positive, professional, team‑oriented work environment.
• Participate in growth activities such as internal referrals, health events, and community outreach.
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and meet clinical compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license.
• High‑level Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise prescription skills in general orthopedics.
• Dry Needling certification, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and vestibular knowledge or interest are a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Ethical, honest, and dedicated to delivering high‑quality care.
