Responsibilities

All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person in this role is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to high customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. Under the general guidance of the Rehab Director, administers patient evaluations, plans, and implements patient treatment proficiently for all assigned patient diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.

Must demonstrate the following skills:

• Exceptional time management skills for all assigned tasks.
• Sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Strong leadership initiative and responsibility.
• Proficiency in all PT skills, with well-developed expertise in at least one area, and ongoing continuing education in the specialty area.

The CCS-paneled physical therapist will be responsible for treating pediatric patients with CCS insurance or supervising therapists treating such patients.
