Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Long Branch, NJ area. Full-time and part-time roles are available with multiple compensation options, including per-visit pay and annual salary structures, under various employment arrangements.

Licensed PTs in New Jersey will evaluate and treat a geriatric patient population, maintaining clinical autonomy and coordinating with families and physicians to optimize

• Active PT license in New Jersey is required.
• Experience in geriatric home health is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

• Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Long Branch, NJ | Part-Time / Full-Time | $55–$85/Visit.

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Long Branch, NJ area.

Whether you're looking for a steady part-time caseload with W-2 benefits, or a full-time career with salary, W-2 per-visit, or 1099 contractor options, we offer multiple ways to build a role that fits your goals.

Full-time Physical Therapists working under our 1099-tiered compensation model can earn up to $145,000 annually, based on visit volume.

Treat one patient at a time, manage your availability, and provide individualized care without the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout common in traditional outpatient settings.

What You'll Do:

As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the Long Branch area.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.


• Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.


• Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.


• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.

Compensation:

We offer multiple compensation options based on your commitment level and preferred employment structure.

Part-Time W-2:

• $55–$65 per visit, based on experience and benefits.


• $75 per evaluation.

Part-Time 1099:

• $72 per follow-up visit.


• $85 per evaluation.

Full-Time W-2 Tiered Per-Visit Option:

• $55–$75 per follow-up visit, based on experience and benefits.


• Visit-based pay brackets: Visits are paid according to the bracket they fall into. The higher rate applies only to visits within the higher bracket.


• $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

Full-Time 1099 Tiered Contractor Option:

• $70, then $75, then $80 per follow-up visit by bracket.


• Visit-based pay brackets: Visits are paid according to the bracket they fall into. The higher rate applies only to visits within the higher bracket.


• $85 per 4-unit evaluation.


• Earning potential of up to $145,000 annually, based on visit volume.

Full-Time Salary Option:

• $92,000–$110,000 annually.

Qualifications:
