Flagship Therapy in Lodi, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with visa sponsorship opportunities. Open to candidates with at least one year of experience and a valid Physical Therapist license. TN, H1B, or other visa types may be sponsored.

Pay ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, depending on experience. Duties include evaluating patients, developing care plans, delivering rehabilitative treatment, wound care, and counseling families.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.

• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries complying with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Join our IN-HOUSE Therapy Team in Lodi as a dedicated PT!

Our partners in the San Joaquin area are looking for exceptional Physical Therapists and are open to sponsoring for the Green Card, TN, H1B, E3, or other applicable visa types.

Therapists will be paid according to their years of experience to earn the same as their US counterparts.

Requirements

• At least one year of current or recent therapy experience.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay $55 - $70 /hour based on experience

Duties

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
