Job summary

STAT Home Health in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide therapy services in home settings.

The role requires AR licensure, CPR, and at least one year of PT experience, with strong time management and reliable transportation to visit patients. Home health experience is preferred and ESOP benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed by the Arkansas Physical Therapy Board.
• Have at least one year of experience as PT.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent time management skills. Patient care oriented.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s functional status and physical therapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan of care
• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing physical therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, coordinating with health care team
• Observe and report the patient’s response to treatment and changes in condition to physician and supervising RN
• Prepare written summary to physician at least every two months/sixty days
• Set rehab goals for patients
• Guide the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for improving function.
