Job summary

STAT Home Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our care team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and help patients regain function.

Licensed PT in Arkansas with at least 1 year of experience is required; CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a preference for home health experience are included. ESOP and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the Arkansas Physical Therapy Board
• Have at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• CR P certification
• Excellent time management skills. Patient care oriented
• Reliable transportation to visit patients
• Home Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s functional status and physical therapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan of care
• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing physical therapy, in coordination with the health care team
• Observe and report the patient’s response to treatment and changes in condition to the physician and supervising nurse
• Prepare written summaries to the physician at least every two months/sixty days
• Set rehab goals for patients
• Guide the patient in the use of therapeutic and self-care activities to improve function
