Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Lititz, PA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings and progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role involves working with diverse patient populations in rehabilitative and outpatient settings, adhering to all regulatory and professional standards, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Clinical care skills: ability to perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities safely and effectively.
• Patient-focused competencies: strong patient education, communication, and motivational skills to support adherence, functional independence, and safe transition to home or community settings.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: proven ability to work closely with physicians, occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, and other health care professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Regulatory and documentation skills: proficiency in accurate, timely clinical documentation and familiarity with applicable federal, state, payer, and professional practice guidelines.
• Licensure and education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania.
• Professional attributes: strong organizational skills, reliability, ethical practice, ability to manage a varied caseload, and commitment to evidence-based, outcome-driven care.
• Preferred experience: prior work in outpatient, skilled nursing, or acute rehabilitation settings; experience with aquatic therapy and use of advanced therapy equipment is a plus.
