Baptist Health Rehab Services in Kentucky seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across ages, develop treatment plans and set goals. You will educate patients and families, document in accordance with regulations, and supervise PT assistants and technicians while participating in the department's operational plan.

Baptist Health Rehab Services provides a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for all ages. Our therapists and assistants are trained in treating neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, lymphedema, pediatrics, industrial medicine, swallowing, and speech and language disorders. The staff physical therapist shall evaluate and treat patients, develop a treatment plan and set goals for patients. Patient and family education is included in the treatment plan and goals. The PT will complete documentation according to applicable national and state regulations as well as hospital and departmental policies. The therapist will assist with the education of affiliating students, department staff, hospital staff, and the community at large. The therapist will appropriately delegate to and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians. The therapist will participate in departmental operational plan. The therapist must intervene appropriately and meet the needs of the patients with impaired mental abilities, vision, hearing or mobility.
