Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks a Qualified Physical Therapist Manager for BHMG Outpatient Physical Therapy at Eastpoint Pkwy, Louisville. The role oversees PT staff, coordinates with physicians, and ensures high-quality outpatient care across the clinic.

The Clinical Manager handles scheduling, performance appraisals, and student/volunteer coordination while promoting clinical excellence, teamwork, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license.
• Two years clinical experience required.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications with physicians, clients, customers, and other health care providers; supervise clinic/location specific departmental employees.
• Include staff scheduling and performing the Job Performance Appraisals for PT staff in their location; act as daily front line supervisor for PT operations at the clinic.
• Serve as the default clinical coordinator for all PT and PTA students and volunteers in the department.
