Baptist Health Rehab Services in Lexington, KY is seeking a Physical/Occupational Therapy Technician to support therapists and aides on-site. Under direct supervision of a licensed therapist/PTA, you will contribute to onboarding volunteers and new staff, helping maintain workflow and patient care quality across the rehab services
Summary Job Description: Physical Therapy Tech Rehab Services Full-time, First Shift Baptist Health Rehab Services provides a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for all ages. Our therapists and assistants are trained in treating neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, lymphedema, pediatrics, industrial medicine, swallowing, and speech and language disorders.
The Physical / Occupational Therapy Technician works only under on-site supervision of a therapist / PTA. Technician is responsible for aiding the Physical / Occupational Therapists and Assistants with safe patient care. Technician will prepare the patient and/or the area for treatment. He/she is responsible for maintaining the physical order of the department. Technician will assist in transporting patients as needed. Technician will assist with clerical duties and the orientation of new employees and volunteers as needed.

Full-Time 32 weekly hours (0.8 FTE) – 40 weekly hours (1.0 FTE)
