Job summary

Harborview at Lansdale is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in our 126-bed skilled nursing facility in Lansdale, PA.

The PT will administer medically prescribed therapies, ensure treatment aligns with federal/state regulations, and collaborate with the care team to restore mobility and independence for residents. Per diem status offers flexible coverage as needed and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized patient treatment plans.
• Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.

NOW HIRING: PER DIEM PHYSICAL THERAPIST – LANSDALE, PA

Harborview at Lansdale, a 126-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide coverage as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans designed to restore, maintain, or prevent decline in patient function. The PT will plan and administer medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal and state regulations and professional standards governing skilled nursing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatments
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
