Job summary

Harborview at Lansdale, a 126-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide coverage as needed.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapies aimed at restoring, maintaining, or preventing decline in function, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatments
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide treatment in accordance with federal, state, and professional standards
• Help patients improve mobility, function, independence, and quality of life

Harborview at Lansdale, a 126-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide coverage as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans designed to restore, maintain, or prevent decline in patient function. The PT will plan and administer medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal and state regulations and professional standards governing skilled nursing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
