Successful Candidates:

1. Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Physical Therapist License (required)
2. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
3. Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
4. Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range: $50 - $55/ hour
