• Workers’ Comp Exemption or Occupational Accident coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Complete Medicare OASIS documentation, including Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertifications, Discharges.
• Evaluations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) when applicable.
