Mobility Rx Physical Therapy in Laguna Beach is hiring a physical therapist for one-on-one, outpatient orthopedic care. No aides, no double-booking, just dedicated time with each patient to maximize outcomes in a supportive clinic.

You’ll receive real mentorship with weekly 1:1 sessions, advanced training in MSK ultrasound, shockwave, and manual therapy, plus a clear path toward senior roles and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• California PT license required or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

COMPENSATION

• - Experienced outpatient orthopedic PTs (2+ years): $90,000–$102,000 base, based on experience and certifications
• - Per-visit productivity bonus
• - Sign-on bonus available for experienced PTs

YOUR SCHEDULE

MENTORSHIP AND TRAINING

• - A protected weekly 1:1 mentorship session with our OCS- and FAAOMPT-credentialed clinicians
• - Hands‑on training in diagnostic MSK ultrasound, shockwave therapy, blood flow restriction training, vestibular/concussion care, and advanced manual therapy
• - Support for OCS preparation and specialty program development

WHO YOU'LL TREAT

High school and competitive athletes, post‑operative orthopedic patients, active adults, and healthy‑aging and balance patients across Laguna Beach and South Orange County.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• - California PT license (or license‑eligible with a scheduled exam date)- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates who want real mentorship are encouraged to apply- Strong clinical reasoning, warm patient communication, and a team‑first attitude
