Movement for Life Physical Therapy in Morro Bay, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led, employee-owned private practice. We offer a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong mentorship for new grads, specialty support, and flexible scheduling.

We provide a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including sports injuries and pre/post-operative rehab, plus concussion, neuro rehab, Parkinson’s and vestibular services.

Qualifications

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• California PT licensure or eligibility.
• New grads welcome – mentorship available.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including sports injuries.
• Provide pre and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Injury prevention and performance conditioning.
• Specialty areas include concussion therapy, neurologic rehab, Parkinson's therapy, vestibular rehab.

About the Role

Movement for Life Physical Therapy is growing! We're hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Morro Bay, CA. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong mentorship for new grads, specialty support, and flexible scheduling.

• Full-time preferred, 40 hours per week

• Part-time and PRN candidates considered

Caseload & Specialty Areas

• Diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, including:

  • Sports injuries

  • Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

  • Injury prevention and performance conditioning

• Specialty areas supported, including:

  • Concussion Therapy

  • Neurologic Rehab

  • Parkinson's Therapy

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation

New grads are welcome! Mentorship is available to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling available: 4x10s or 5x8s

• No weekends or holidays!

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and specialty certifications)
