Qualifications

• DPT degree or pending completion
• Eligible for California Physical Therapy License

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Manage a primarily orthopedic patient population including post-surgical, trauma, and sports injury cases
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the clinical team
• Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continued clinical learning

Compensation

Salary range: $94,000 - $118,000 DOE, with performance and loyalty bonuses available.
