Job summary

Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy (CBPT) is hiring Physical Therapists across multiple Orange County locations. We offer flexible scheduling (30–40 hours/week) and a 2-patient-per-hour model to ensure quality care. PTLAs are welcome, with an emphasis on growth, mentorship, and patient-centered outcomes.

Competitive compensation ($88,000–$92,000 annually) plus benefits, a streamlined charting process, and opportunities to advance to leadership tracks in a supportive private practice.

Flexible Hours - 30-40 Hours/Week

We're open to 30, 35, or 40-hour schedules and work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. Whether you're looking for a traditional full-time schedule or a little more flexibility, let's talk.

Patients Per Hour

Provide individualized, quality care without feeling like you're constantly racing from one patient to the next. Our 2-patient-per-hour model gives you the time to focus on your patients and their goals.

Fast, Streamlined Charting

We know documentation can take up too much of a PT's day. Our fast and efficient charting system helps you spend less time documenting and more time treating.

Outpatient Orthopedic Care

Build strong relationships with your patients while delivering hands-on, patient-focused care in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic environment.
