The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for safely managing core spine strengthening for each patient and encouraging patients to apply these techniques for optimal benefits. The PT also handles initial intake of patient care plans at one or more locations, focusing on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Clinical supervision of support staff is managed with support from clinic leadership.
This position supervises Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) and Spinal Rehab Specialists (SRS).
This role is based in an outpatient setting and may involve physical demands such as lifting over 50 pounds, supporting patients, and some driving between clinics.
Role may require floating between locations based on patient volume and operational needs.
Compensation: $40.87 - $60.10 per hour, DOE (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
