Job summary

Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We welcome new grads and experienced PTs who want to help residents regain mobility, balance, and independence in a compassionate, team-focused setting.

You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with nursing, OT, SPEECH, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania PT license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical skills; patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, balance, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and nursing staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC.
• Promote a positive rehabilitation experience for residents.
