Job summary

Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team.

Whether you are a new graduate or experienced, you’ll provide skilled OT under supervision, help residents improve ADLs, mobility, and functional skills, and implement individualized treatment plans with progress documented in Net Health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, positive, and resident-centered approach to care.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Net Health is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents to improve independence with ADLs, mobility, coordination, and functional skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor and communicate resident progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health.
• Create a positive, encouraging therapy experience for every resident.
