AdventHealth is seeking an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist in Kissimmee, FL. The role includes performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and contributing to community education while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy; active license or temporary license allowed.
• BLS certification required.
• Leftover licensure requirements per Florida law.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standard techniques.
• Assist in marketing to physicians and practices to build referrals.
• Support community education and outreach by giving lectures or talks.
• Document accurately and timely following standards of practice and guidelines.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Applicants
• Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus for Eligible Applicants
• Schedule: Clinic hours Monday -Thursday 6am -7pm and Friday 6am -6pm. Position is open to working either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
• Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab 5840 W IRLO BRONSON HWY, Kissimmee, FL 34744.May travel to other clinics in Celebration
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
