Job summary

Sports Physical Therapy Canyon Park is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team serving active adults and athletes. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions, and guide patients through exercise and progressive loading with expert communication.

You will document efficiently, collaborate with the Clinic Director, and contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, growth-focused clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
• Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading.
• Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes.
• Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols.

Job Description

Your First 30–60 Days

• Structured onboarding with clear expectations


• Side-by-side treatment and case discussions with the Clinic Director


• Gradual ramp to full independence (no getting thrown into the deep end)


• Early focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication

What You Will Do

Additional Information

• Base salary: $87,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
