Job summary

Sports Physical Therapy in Kirkland, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and performance PT team. You will evaluate and treat sports-related injuries, coach patients through exercise and progressive loading, and apply manual therapy when beneficial.

Qualifications

Job Description
Your First 30–60 Days
  • Structured onboarding with clear expectations
  • Side-by-side treatment and case discussions with the Clinic Director
  • Gradual ramp to full independence (no getting thrown into the deep end)
  • Early focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication
What You Will Do
  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
  • Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
  • Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
  • Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols
  • Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)
