Job summary

Confluent Health seeks a full-time Physical Therapist in Kirkland, WA to deliver evidence-based patient-centered care. You will review history, assess movement, and develop individualized plans with clear goals, using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Recording progress and adjusting the plan of care as needed.

About

Compensation: $85K - $100K/YR +productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
