The role requires a PT license, 2+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, with EMR experience preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with developments and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.02-$46.93 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Position Type: Staff or Senior PT role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support their recovery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PT, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
