We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, following individualized care plans to enhance mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Employment Status: Full-Time Monday- Friday 8am-5:00pm

The pay range for this position is $40-$50/hr., determined based on factors such as experience, education, and qualifications. While we may not be the highest-paying employer, we offer a strong team culture, robust PTO and a full range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic and functional status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment usage.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff as required.
