Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS, is seeking a motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation clinic. The role focuses on orthopedic rehab, neurological therapy, pelvic floor therapy, vestibular/balance rehab, and aquatic therapy with one-to-one patient care.

The position is per diem with days shifts; hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 am–6 pm and Friday 7:30 am–3:30 pm (flexible).

Formación

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals.
• Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies to restore strength, function, and mobility.
• Facilitate physical therapy sessions using exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
• Guide exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care.

We are seeking a motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing rehabilitation clinic. This role provides one-on-one patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on orthopedic rehab, neurological therapy, pelvic floor therapy, vestibular/balance rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering evidence-based treatment, functional outcomes, and personalized care plans while building strong relationships with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers.
