American Senior Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Greenwood Meadows/Rosegate Village location. This full-time role includes one weekend day and responsibilities across evaluation, treatment planning, PTA supervision, and case management in diverse ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).
• Commitment to adhering to state regulations governing physical therapy services.

Physical Therapist Opportunity at Greenwood Meadows/Rosegate Village

FULL TIME with one weekend day

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Supervise Physical therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services
