Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Jeffersontown, KY. We welcome new grads or experienced therapists to help patients achieve optimal function and quality of life in a Mon-Fri schedule.

Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $90,000, with potential for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and additional incentives for certifications and location differentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development
