Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient clinics in the Jacksonville and Orange Park area. The role offers full-time hours across four convenient locations with a flexible schedule and a competitive compensation range.

You’ll manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports rehab, with opportunities to specialize in orthopedics or post-op rehab. New grads are welcomed and mentored for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports rehab.
• Possibility to specialize in areas such as orthopedics or post-op rehab; receive focused mentorship.
• Participate in a clinician-led environment with supportive team dynamics.
