We are currently seeking a skilled Fill-In Physical Therapist to join our team and support our patients during therapist absences.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to fill in on an as-needed basis when our regular therapists are out for vacation or illness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
3. Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises.

Qualifications:

1. Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
3. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexibility to fill in on short notice and adapt to varying schedules.
