The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greenwood, IN. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance functional performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough patient assessments, implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed in collaboration with physicians and other clinical team members. The Physical Therapist will provide patient and family education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and safe return-to-activity guidelines, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuity of care across clinic and home settings. This role also involves contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on high-quality patient care in an orthopedic and sports medicine setting.
