Job summary

• Experience in orthopedic and/or sports medicine settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with surgeons and athletic trainers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support recovery and mobility.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide patient and family education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and safe return-to-activity guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care across clinic and home settings.
• Coordinate care with the surgical team and other rehabilitation professionals.
