Job Summary and Qualifications

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops, coordinates, and implements treatment plans, maintains accurate documentation, participates in team meetings, trains others as needed, and engages in continuing education.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required; Master's degree preferred. One year of related experience and/or training is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Licensure and Certification:

• Current Texas licensure and BLS certification.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training. Candidates without this training are eligible but must complete certification within 60 days of employment.

This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination based on applicable laws or regulations, unless a medical or religious exemption is approved.
