The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops, coordinates, and implements treatment plans, maintains accurate documentation, participates in team meetings, trains others as needed, and engages in continuing education.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required; Master's degree preferred. One year of related experience and/or training is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Licensure and Certification:
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination based on applicable laws or regulations, unless a medical or religious exemption is approved.
