KVHC in Houlton, ME is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to supervise nursing staff and assist in delivering patient care across age groups in accordance with Nursing Professional Standards and KVHC Policy. A MA, LPN, or RN license is required, with strong clinical and leadership abilities.

The role works with the Clinical Care Team to ensure safe, high-quality care and adherence to policies, while supporting continuous improvement and patient satisfaction in a community hospital setting.

Formación

• Licensed MA, LPN, or RN required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Strong clinical coordination and teamwork abilities.

The Clinical Coordinator performs supervisory duties for all nursing staff while assisting in providing medical care to patients of various ages according to KVHC Policy and in accordance with Nursing Professional Standards. The Clinical Coordinator will work as part of the Clinical Care Team to insure effective and quality care is given to the KVHC patient. MA, LPN or RN License required.
